Work consists of, but not limited to:
• Performing annual, semi-annual and quarterly fire alarm inspections
• Commissioning and testing new fire alarm systems
• Troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing fire alarm systems
• Programming new and existing fire alarm systems
• Installation of new systems, replacing fire panels, etc.
Job Requirements:
• MUST be a California Certified Fire/Life /Safety Technician
• Good working knowledge of NFPA-72, 70, and other applicable codes and standards
• 5+ years’ experience working on fire alarm systems
• Ability to lift 50lbs and climb ladders
• Cannot be color blind
Qualified applicants will have:
• Knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems including, but not limited to Notifier, Silent Knight and StarLink
• Able to pass background checks
